Return and Refunds policies
Our policy lasts 30 days (exclusions apply, please see below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Product must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged.
7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Customer Care Team RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge.
Special Note:
Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 2MB.
Please note that we don’t refund any shipping cost and do not cover shipping cost for return. Your shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds are accepted in case product is defective and there are proven documentation of it’s malfunction. Once received proper information, you’ll get further instructions.
We don’t accept returns nor refunds if customer changes it mind after placing their order. Don't return a product to the origin of shipping, because we have different warehouses and your package won't be accepted.
Exchanges can be made for any product or size. Returns are given in store credit & all sales are final. No returns on Promotional Sales, Discounted Orders, Clearance Items & International Orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.
All refund will be returned to your original payment within 7 to 10 business days after it is processed.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All Sales are Final.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
