Indoor Bike Workout Machine Home Gym Exercise Bike/Cycle

with quarantine kicking in, we were looking for a good indoor cycle for at-home exercise. like most, we were deciding between this bike and the Peloton. I can't speak for the Peloton, but this one was easy to assemble, is a very solid and sturdy machine, and has excellent features.

all-in-all, love the bike so far.

I have a 3 year old and am currently 12 weeks pregnant. I received this exercise machine as special birthday gift 3 months ago, and have been riding it 3x a week since. I am a plus-sized, hard-working mom who used to spend hours at the yoga studio dripping sweat while I was in graduate school, but no longer have the time or energy to sneak out of the house to continue that exercise routine. I had forgotten what it was like to have the thrill of sweat dripping down your face, heart pumping and mind strengthening, I had missed that! I am blown away at the strength and fitness level I've developed in only 3 months. When I ride, my 3 year old likes to come up and say "Go Mommy Go! Mommy is exercising!" And gives me high-fives. I feel it is important to bring exercise into common practice within the family and I love that my son can see that I actually enjoy it! The bike is sturdy and quiet. I purchased a wider, more supportive seat. When standing on the bike while riding it does become wobbly, but I expected this as it seems to be the common experience of all stationary cycling bikes. It does not take away from the cycling experience. It was easy to put together and does not take up much space at all.

We did a lot of research prior to purchasing this and like most it came down to the bike. Our goal was not to jump in on studio classes but to join actual riding workouts so we went with this one.
We purchased it in September and took delivery in early October 2020. Setup was quick and easy, about an hour and we were cycling.
We have used it everyday since we got it, over 3 months now and it has been amazing. Our goal was to improve overall health and lose some weight along the way and both have been accomplished. It has become my morning routine each day now, up at 6 and ride for 25 to 45 minutes. I just feel better!
So the best thing about the cycle, you just need to show up. There are a lot of trainning sessions on YouTube to makes you improve.
I would recommend this studio cycle to anyone and without question I would buy it all over again. It has exceeded expectations.

We've had the bike for a few months now. Our family of 5 recommends it if you can afford it. We cancelled our gym membership earlier in the pandemic and this has been an outstanding addition to our home gym.

Wow - I am super impressed with the Indoor Bike. Prior to purchase, I reviewed a LOT of different types/models of indoor cycling equipment. I wanted to have an interactive experience that will keep me both entertained and focused on goals while I exercise. This does JUST that. The screen is the perfect size. The onboard stats are right at the top, so you know how you are performing. Solid frame, fluid, quiet mechanics - this bike is a great purchase, one that I will enjoy every day.
