the overall quality of the bands and grips are fine, they do the job and overall are still ...

I ordered two sets at separate times. They both arrived promptly, but in both cases the incredibly cheap carrying bag was torn down the side, and only one of the orders included a sorry excuse of an exercise booklet. They evidently need to take more care stuffing the items into the bag prior to shipping. Having said that, the overall quality of the bands and grips are fine, they do the job and overall are still a good value.

Good for basic homework

The bands are awesome. I bought them after my gym closed. Comes with everything you need and the door attachment is super helpful to be able to do back workouts. I just want more handles so I don’t have to keep switching them out when I want to change the resistance for a different exercise
